The name Christian has now become so maligned that it is causing a stir. What do you think of when the word "Christian" is tossed around? Do you think of a true disciple or someone who is rather annoying?

I loved the video.
It is true.
A majority of Christians now days wear their Christianity on their sleeves. It is in your face Christianity that we are seeing so much now days and it makes me sick. I went to Hastings Bookstore and countless Bibles and religous books, T-shirts, bumper-stickers, and other religious crap. We are also seeing a movement among Christians of being in your face politically. I drove up to church today and saw 3 cars in the parking lot that said, "YOU LIE!"(refering of course to President Obama). I thought Christians aren't supose to call anyone a liar or you according to Jesus are subject to Hell. Christianity has become to in your face and commercial. I rather be known for being a disciple of Jesus Christ. I rather show the world who I am by being me. I am moved by Jesus commission to his disciples and that commission was to make disciples of Christ. Followers of Jesus Christ. That is all. I will take the name disciple over Christian any day. It is sad and embarrassing what some have done to ruin the name Christian.
