The LORD will have compassion on Jacob; once again he will choose Israel and will settle them in their own land. Foreigners will join them and unite with the descendants of Jacob. Isa 14:1
One of the best ways to end conflict is to unite people and not divide them. So is the case with building in Israel. The nations complain that the building of homes in Jerusalem and Judea produces conflict. But I ask, "why would it"? Why not build a world where we can live along side each other in peace? There is already one Palestinian state in Gaza. Do we really need another? I think not.
This is a time for couragous leadership, and my hope is that Israel will stand against a sinful world demanding separation of peoples rather than unity.
